It’s that time again! Things I Fancied Thursday is the day I bore all you readers with my weekly favorites. Without further delay, here is the list of things I enjoyed this first week of March.
The engaged mind, illuminated by truth, awakens awareness; the engaged heart, affected by love, awakens passion. May I say once more – this essential energy of the soul is not an ecstatic trance, high emotion or a sanguine stance toward life: It is a fierce longing for God, an unyielding resolve to live in and out of our belovedness.
For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.
How amazing it is to not only have a God I can believe in, but also a God I can believe.

Shoshannah and my mom came home Tuesday after being away for almost an entire week. Snuggling with Sho Wednesday morning made my week for sure.
Also, Sho just came into my room after getting ready for bed and snuggled for a few minutes while helping me come up with new categories. This girl is a gem.
If you know me at all, you know that Jeremy Cowart is my favorite artist. He’s absolutely brilliant and continually proves himself to be so with every bit of work he produces. Jeremy photographed Kelly Clarkson’s newest album cover and IT’S THE RAW FILE, GUYS. The man didn’t touch it. Insane. Most photographers guard their RAW files with their lives and they never see the light of day. Not this guy.
Please suggest possible categories to make next week’s ‘Things I Fancied” post a bit more interesting!
